Crisis Communications

When everything is noise, clarity is survival.

“The first hours decide whether you lose a news cycle or a reputation.”

Our Approach

We keep you in control while the story is still being written.

A crisis doesn’t wait for your next planning cycle. A regulatory inquiry leaks, a product fails publicly or a post goes viral for the wrong reason. We help you stay in control through strategic, timely and decisive communication, whether we are preparing you before a crisis or managing one that is already breaking.

True to our name, we cut to what matters: one clear assessment, one coherent narrative, one disciplined response. No panic, no spin, no 50-slide deliberations while the story runs away from you. The goal is to limit the damage, keep stakeholders informed and protect the trust you have built.

Singapore Oceanarium:

30+ stories that reframed a category.

A reopened aquarium had to overcome the perception that it was just for children, in a crowded tourism market, and needed authentic Indonesian voices ahead of its public opening. We reframed the category itself, moving the story from aquarium to marine institution and letting conservation and science carry it to adult and family audiences.

A localized teaser release, a curated media trip and a pre-trip briefing produced more than 30 coverages and social posts from National Geographic Indonesia, IDN Times, Kumparan, Fimela and Liputan6. The lesson: reframe the category, not just the venue, and an old attraction becomes new news.

Preparedness programs are scoped as fixed projects; live response is structured by intensity and duration. The first conversation is free and confidential.

Closely. Communications and legal have to move together. We coordinate with your counsel so that what is said publicly protects the company legally and reputationally at the same time, never one at the expense of the other.
